Welcome to Party Paws, a free mobile and WebGL game developed by Orangie Studio ("I", "me", or "my"). By downloading, installing, or playing Party Paws, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions below. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the game.

1. License to Use

I grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Party Paws for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute the game
  • Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code
  • Use the game for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

2. User Conduct

You agree to play fairly and not engage in behavior that harms the experience of other players, including:

  • Cheating, hacking, or exploiting bugs
  • Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players
  • Sharing inappropriate content or language

Violations may result in account suspension or permanent ban.

3. In-App Ads & Monetization

Party Paws may display third-party ads (e.g., from IronSource or Unity Ads). By using the game, you agree that:

  • Ads may appear during gameplay or as rewarded content
  • I am not responsible for the content or privacy policies of third-party advertisers

4. Termination

I reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the game at any time for violations of these terms or for technical/maintenance reasons, with or without notice.

5. Disclaimer of Warranty

Party Paws is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. I do not guarantee:

  • The game will be error-free or uninterrupted
  • That gameplay features will always remain available
  • That any bugs will be fixed immediately

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orangie Studio shall not be held liable for any damages arising from your use or inability to use the game, including but not limited to:

  • Data loss
  • Device malfunction
  • Financial losses or in-app ad behavior

7. Changes to the Terms

I may update these Terms of Use occasionally. Continued use of Party Paws after changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
